Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Dry Run Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your Pro access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first Pro subscription payment if you are not satisfied with the service. Refund requests must be submitted within this 7-day window.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at hello@dryrun.tools with your payment receipt or order ID. We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for renewals after the initial 7-day window, accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service, or requests made after 7 days from the original payment date.

5. Payment Disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
